Grow your personal learning network online workshop

‘It’s not ok NOT to understand the internet anymore’.

It’s true. Why? Because the web offers tools to help you find information, learn new skills and build new connections. If you want to build on your continual professional development, understanding the web (including social media) is really important.

Growing your personal learning network is all about making the most of the web to grow who you know, what you know and recognising how it can make a difference to the way you work. It means adopting a new way of working – taking responsibility for your own learning and building up confidence as you go.

sociallearning-300Learning, sharing and connecting are even more important in the new world of health and social care integration. We’ve got to be savvy about how we work – and the web can help!
