‘What matters to you?’ day – 6 June 2016

WMTU

What matters to you? day aims to encourage and support more meaningful conversations between people who provide health and social care and the people, families and carers who receive health and social care.

Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s Person-Centred Health and Care Programme is encouraging as many people as possible to have a ‘What matters to you?’ conversation with people they are supporting or caring for. Their aim is to encourage people to keep having these conversations beyond Monday 6 June too.

  • Who did you talk to?
  • How did it feel?
  • What happened?

How can you join in?

To join in all you have to do is register as an individual or as a team.

There are also materials available to help promote the day in your organisation, department or team. These can help you involve the people you are supporting or caring for.
