Receive an email when one of your workers is lapsed from the Register

Helping you manage registration for your workers

Registration 400

A lead countersignatory can nominate up to three people in their organisation to receive an email when we lapse one of your workers. To set this up you should choose option eight in the employers section of MySSSC. If you do not nominate anyone in your organisation we will not alert you when any of your workers are lapsed from the Register.

You can continue to monitor registration of your workers by using the information already available on MySSSC which gives the status of a worker’s registration, including where fees and renewals are overdue and where registration has been lapsed. Where a fee or a renewal is overdue this still allows time for you to tell your worker to take action before their registration is lapsed.

Hi Linda, you can monitor registration of your workers by using the information already available on MySSSC. If this isn’t set up to your current email address you can update your email address through your MySSSC account.

For more information please contact our Enquiries Team by phoning 0345 60 30 891.

      Thanks

    Hi Linda
I’m not clear how I register a person to get notifications about the registration statues of different people in our organization.

      Hi Helen,

If you are a lead countersignatory you can nominate up to three people in your organisation to receive email notifications when one of your workers is lapsed from the Register.

To do this log into your MySSSC account and go to the ‘employers’ section and choose the option ‘nominate countersignatories for lapsed worker notifications’.

You will only see this option if you are a lead countersignatory.

If you are having any difficulties setting this up please contact our Enquiries Team by phoning 0345 60 30 891 then choose option one.

    Hi

Would there be any way that lead countersignatories could receive emails when employees fees or renewals are overdue.
I presume workers receive email or written notification when they are overdue?

    Thanks
    Tom

      Dear Tom

      Thank you for your comment.

For annual fees we initially send the registrant an invoice by email one month before their fee is due. If we do not receive the fee we send a reminder by post seven days after the fee is due and if the fee is still not received, we send a lapsing notice by post, by text message and email at the same time giving 14 days to pay.

For renewals we initially send the registrant an invoice with an invitation to renew by email two months before their fee is due, if we don’t receive the fee we send a reminder by post 14 days before the renewal is due. We then send a text message and email reminder on the renewal day. If the fee is still not received seven days after the renewal date, we send a lapsing notice by post giving 14 days to pay and/or complete the renewal.

As a Countersignatory, you can access information about staff with overdue fees or renewal through your MySSSC as you have employer access. When you log into your account select the Employers tab, then:

      > Select Employer
      > Search Registrants
      > Select ‘only show registrants with overdue annual fees’.

You can also select ‘Search Registrants for Renewal’ from the main menu and this will show a list of employees who are due to renew their registration.

To export the results to an Excel document click the ‘Export’ button.

I hope this is helpful. If you need more infrormation please phone 0345 60 30 891 or email registration@sssc.uk.com

      Kind regards
