Transitions for young people with additional support needs survey

Are you a young person with additional support needs aged between 14 and 25 years, who is either at school or who has left school? Or are you their parent or carer?

ConsultSurvThe Scottish Government has commissioned ARC Scotland to assess the availability of planning and support for people aged 14 to 25 years who have additional support needs in Scotland.

ARC Scotland would like to hear about your experiences during this important time of your lives to help them better understand how young people with additional support needs make the move from school to adulthood.

As a result of the research they will make recommendations to Scottish Government, local authorities and the NHS about how things can be improved.

The survey closes on Friday 11 November 2016.
