413352_SSSC_Icon_Large_Consultations and SurveysIf you do, we would like to invite you to a regional consultation event to tell us what matters to you about your learning and support in this work and to help us gather information about existing workforce skills and knowledge.

We are working with NHS Education for Scotland (NES) to assess the learning needs of the social service and health workforce and to develop a learning framework for palliative and end of life care across the workforce.

We would like representation from people who have an interest in and are involved in providing palliative and end of life care specifically in the community, care homes and acute sectors and:

  • leaders
  • service/locality managers
  • learning and development leadsin
  • NHS boards
  • integration authorities
  • universities
  • third, social and independent sectors.

Events are taking place across Scotland and details of all the venues and times are on the booking form.

To book your place please fill in and return this form by 28 October.

I currently work with health and social care partnership older people and although I have recently attended palliative care training I would be interested in attending the above course.reguards Kim lonie
