Audit Scotland survey on self-directed support

Social work and healthcare staff who carry out social care assessments, reviews and support plans for people with social care needs are being asked to complete an online survey for Audit Scotland.

They want to hear about your experiences of delivering self-directed support (SDS) through a short, anonymous survey. They’d also like to hear from team leaders and managers who supervise and review this work.

The survey is part of an audit of SDS to evaluate progress in implementing this major policy. The audit involves surveys, interviews and focus groups with people using services and carers, interviewing stakeholders, visiting five case study authorities and the online staff survey.
