SSSC registrants can now pay their annual and renewal fees by phone at any time of day, seven days a week.
How to pay your fees by phone
When you receive your next invoice you will see your personal six digit customer number. You will need this number to make your payment through the new automated system.
To make your payment, call 0345 60 36 979, select option 1 to make a payment then select option 1 again to select the SSSC.
You will then be asked to enter the following information:
- your six digit customer number (on your invoice and/or reminder)
- the amount you want to pay
- your 16 digit card number
- the three digit security number on the back of the payment card.
When the payment is successful you will receive a reference number to confirm the payment.
If, for any reason, the payment is unsuccessful you will be transferred to an assistant or advised to call back during office hours, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.
Alternatively, you can choose to set up a Direct Debit. Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your annual/renewal fees and is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. To set this up, you’ll need to complete a Direct Debit form. Please remember to add your SSSC registration number as your reference number.
