Do you or does your organisation have examples of how to approach care and support from a human rights perspective?
How do you consider the following when you are delivering care?
- Dignity and respect.
Iriss is working with partners in Scotland to build an evidence base that bridges the new Health and Social Care Standards with practice in the social service sector. The first part of this project focuses on working with stakeholders that support or provide care at home services.
They want to hear about your experiences of working with the new standards and are especially interested in gathering good practice examples of what a human rights approach to care should look like.
Although this initial phase of the project focuses on care at home services, Iriss is keen to hear from people across the social service sector and from a range of services.
If you would like to find out more about the project or share your experiences and knowledge with us, please contact Ali Jones, Project Manager, Iriss by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
